Sandy Beach is a small community situated along the Indian River with direct water access. We have two deeded boat slip piers totaling 24 slips. We also offer an all community dock and boat ramp for your boating, jet skiing, kayaking, fishing and crabbing enjoyment. You will often find visions of nature's beauties such as blue herons, bald eagles, numerous species of birds, and even stingrays and dolphins at times.

We have the most stunning sunsets and enjoy these during the summer at our monthly "Toast the Sunset" gatherings at the dock. We enjoy food, drinks, friends, and a fire.
